Wendy Willan writes: I am the Regional Co-ordinator for the charity Teams4U (www.teams4u.com) which is based in Wrexham and is more widely recognized for sending shoeboxes to vulnerable children in Eastern Europe at Christmas. We are now working to provide specific items of aid for refugees in or fleeing Ukraine and would like to publicise a request for continuing support. Four lorries of aid have already been sent from Wrexham and Evesham and another is due to leave next week. Locally I am co-ordinating collections to be sorted at Shoe Aid who have generously given us the space needed. We have already shipped a large amount to Wrexham and have another ready to go. Further contributions as per the list below would be hugely welcomed.
The charity T4U are supporting the Ukraine Crisis Campaign by collecting and sending out items specifically requested by our partners in the Ukraine and Moldova, as per this list:
Providing essential aid to those affected by the crisis.
