Say Hello To Independent Baker Bake Off And Pie

We have recently welcomed an incredibly talented independent trader to our Broxtowe markets, Bake Off and Pie.

This trader is an award-winning bakery which sells baked goods to a quality standard you won’t find anywhere else – from delicious pastries to mouth-watering loaves and cakes, Bake Off and Pie has kept its customers’ savoury cravings satisfied since it started in 2013.

One of the bakery’s unique selling points is that the owner, Barry Pilkington, uses flour straight from Nottingham’s very own Green’s Windmill for his rye and wholemeal breads – so the baked goods are truly Nottinghamshire ‘born and bread’.

You can find Bake Off and Pie at all three of our weekly markets:

  • Kimberley Market on Tuesdays between 8am and 2pm
  • Beeston Market on Wednesdays between 9am and 3pm
  • Stapleford Market every Thursday between 8am and 2pm

Drop by, have a chat with Barry and show your support for his venture by digging into the delicious treats that are on sale!
