Broxtowe Borough Council is inviting comments on this Supplementary Planning Document from Monday 1st November until Monday 13th December 2021.

TOTON AND CHETWYND BARRACKS STRATEGIC MASTERPLAN SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING DOCUMENT (SPD)
CONSULTATION NOTICE
This Consultation Notice has been prepared in accordance with Regulations 12 and
13 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012
(as amended) and gives notice that Broxtowe Borough Council has prepared the
draft Toton and Chetwynd Barracks Strategic Masterplan Supplementary Planning
Document (SPD) for public consultation.
Broxtowe Borough Council’s Part 2 Local Plan requires the preparation of a Strategic
Masterplan to set out a long-term overarching framework which ensures that a
comprehensive and cohesive approach is taken to development across the Toton
and Chetwynd Barracks sites.
The Strategic Masterplan will be used by Broxtowe Borough Council as a
Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) to guide planning application decisions
within the masterplan area. A copy of the draft SPD along with this notice is available for public inspection:
- On the Council’s website at: www.broxtowe.gov.uk/totonchetwyndbarracksspd.
- At the Borough Council Offices, Foster Avenue, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 1AB, during the Council’s normal opening hours.
A Consultation Statement has also been produced by Broxtowe Borough Council.
This Statement is also available at the above locations. The six week consultation period will start on 1st November 2021 and end on 13th December 2021. Only comments made during this period can be taken into account. Any comments made after the consultation period may be discarded.
