The Big Vax-The-Nation Weekend Has Begun!

First dose walk-in COVID-19 jabs are now available for anyone aged 18 and over from Friday 25 – Monday 28 June in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire as part of The Big Vax-The-Nation Weekend.

Anyone who has had their first dose on 30 April or before can walk-in for their second jab.

Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines are available and the below centres will be open 8am-8pm.

  • Gamston Community Hall
  • Forest Recreation Ground
  • King’s Meadow Campus
  • Richard Herrod Centre
  • Newark Showground
  • Ashfield Health Village
  • Mansfield Wickes site
  • King’s Mill Hospital Vaccination Hub
  • Queen’s Medical Centre.

Going Out This Weekend? Stay Safe

If you’re going out to meet your friends or loved ones in an indoor environment, please remember to keep sticking to the guidance and maintaining social distance.

Keep following these main rules to ensure you are keeping our community safe:

  • Stick to the rule of six indoors
  • Wash your hands
  • Wear a face covering when inside or moving around a venue
  • Self isolate if you have any symptoms or test positive for COVID-19
