The local councillor Tim Hallam is onto this. He has telephoned the Environment Team to get it removed and investigate.

It has also been reported to the Neighbourhood Wardens by Tim Hallam a short while ago as well.

I have just been told this is to be removed today.

Thanks to the Council the rubbish has been removed and access restored.
