And many thanks to you for all of your hard work over 2020. Your inputs have kept us safe, up to date and the addition of humour in the subject lines was most appreciated. You have been a local lifeline to many people. Thanks
I am not sure who put the collage of images together, but what a splendid pictorial summary of Bramcote. St Michaels & All Angels with its church hall – that has hosted several Neighbourhood Forum and other community meetings over the years; the White Lion – a venue used by local groups for committee meetings; Bramcote’s last remaining post office; a memorial to remind of history in case we are tempted to repeat it and a model to help us reflect on the wildlife that thrives in our precious green spaces that many of us have been enjoying this Boxing Day.
We have much to be grateful for – and much for which we will be held accountable for by those who come after us. So may I add my thanks to our three editors, Sue, Mike and Steve – and to Stan without whom BramcoteToday would not have happened.
Steve, Sue and Mike thank you for your continued dedication serving our community. Long may the spirit of Bramcote Today upon which it was founded continue into the future
A Very Happy New Year to you and all its contributors
And thanks to all of you for keeping us so well informed.
Happy Christmas to you all.
