Stapleford Town Council has the privilege to organise the Remembrance Services in Stapleford.
This year the 11th Hour of the 11th Day of the 11th Month falls on a Saturday.
You are invited to join the Town Mayor at the Walter Parker VC Square on Saturday 11th November 2017 AT 11.00a.m. to mark the date of the Armistice with a two-minute silence.
Remembrance Sunday Service will be held on the Walter Parker VC Square on Sunday 12th November 2017 at commencing at 10.45a.m.
This is a formal Service of Remembrance and any organisation desirous of laying a wreath should contact the Town Clerk immediately, if they have not already done so.
Both these Services are very poignant events and commence and end with a Parade of Uniformed Youth Organisations. (above)
The Town Mayor invites you to join him for tea/coffee in the Carnegie Centre following the Service on Saturday, 11th November 2017.
