Working on behalf of St John’s School of Mission* and Broxtowe based developer William May Developments Ltd, DPDS Consulting Group will be holding a public exhibition on Friday 22 April 2016 to display proposals for a mixed use (residential led) development of land and buildings located off Chilwell Lane, Bramcote. The development will see a number of existing buildings within the existing site renovated or replaced along with sensitively designed new buildings to meet the changing operational needs of St John’s and provide much needed housing for the area.
The exhibition will be held in the reception of St John’s School of Mission on Chilwell Lane, Bramcote (postcode NG9 3DS).
Members of the development team will be on hand to discuss the proposals and answer any questions. The exhibition will be open to the local community from 2:30pm – 8pm. Feedback forms and leaflets will be available to enable visitors to the exhibition to make comments and help shape the development which is very important to secure the future of this valued institution.
Should any residents be unable to attend, information packs will be made available on request by post, email or the internet: http://www.stjohns-nottm.ac.uk/
Christopher Lindley, Director of DPDS Consulting Group commented: “I hope that as many people as possible will visit the exhibition to find out for themselves about these proposals. We are keen for the local community to find out exactly what is being considered and provide their feedback”.
It is envisaged that following thorough consideration of the feedback received, a planning application will be submitted to Broxtowe Borough Council. If successful development could commence early in 2017.
